What restrictions does Cape Town have in place that might affect my travel?

As of today, there are no restrictions or shots required to enter Cape Town, South Africa. A couple of days before, check with CDC and Cape Town's Office of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Health or U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Country Informationexternal icon for details about entry requirements and restrictions for arriving travelers.

Do I need a passport and a visa to travel to Cape Town?

To travel to Cape Town, you must have a valid passport with at least one blank page. Visas are not required for visits lasting less than 90 days. Visit the Embassy of Cape Town's website for the most current visa information.

Is this Getaway refundable

WLWD Getaway Cape Town 2024 Terms & Conditions:

*If Whenloveworks Dynamically cancels this experience, all payments are 100% refunded

*Otherwise, no refunds
*Cancellations given, less a 25% processing fee, up to 90 days in advance of the service date of 3/2024

*All cancellations will also incur a 25% processing fee

* Credits are valid for up to 2 years and may be applied to future WLWD experiences/events

Do you provide lodging a day earlier to accommodate the time zone difference and travel?

Absolutely! As this is International Travel, you can expect an 18-21 hour flight from your airport to your Couples Getaway in Cape Town, South Africa. You can book travel to arrive on March 17th and depart on March 25th. We will cover your lodging from the 17th to the 25th.

Do I have to wear a mask when I travel?

No, Wearing a mask over your nose and mouth is Not required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States.
