This retreat is designed for small school leadership teams, including principals, assistant principals, directors, deans, and key decision-makers who want to strengthen communication, trust, and alignment before leading staff, students, and families into a new season.

Where is the retreat located?
NYC Leadership retreats takes place in a private, nature-based setting in upstate New York.
The environment is intentionally chosen to create space for restoration, deeper conversation, and focused leadership work away from the pace and pressure of the city.
Nationwide retreat spaces are also private, nature-based settings.
Lodging is included in the retreat investment. Transportation is not included.
How do we reserve retreat dates?
To secure retreat dates, a $5,000 non-refundable deposit is required. Cards, *Pcards are accepted.
Because retreats are intentionally limited to preserve quality and customization, we recommend scheduling a leadership conversation as soon as possible to discuss your team’s goals, timeline, and availability.
