What restrictions does Thailand have in place that might affect my travel?

As of today, there are no restrictions or shots required to enter Phuket, Thailand. A couple of days before, check with CDC and Thailand's Office of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Health or U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Country Informationexternal icon for details about entry requirements and restrictions for arriving travelers.

Do I need a passport and a visa to travel to Thailand?

To travel to Thailand, you must have a valid passport with at least one blank page. Visas are not required for visits lasting less than 90 days. Visit the Embassy of Thailand's website for the most current visa information.

Is this Retreat refundable

WLWD Couples Thailand 2026 Terms & Conditions:

*If Whenloveworks Dynamically cancels this experience, all payments are 100% refunded

*Otherwise, no refunds
*Cancellations given, less a 25% processing fee, up to 90 days in advance of our Concierge service date of 3/1/2026

*All cancellations will also incur a 25% processing fee

* Credits are valid for up to 2 years and may be applied to future WLWD experiences/events

Do you provide lodging a day earlier to accommodate the time zone difference and travel?

Absolutely! As this is International Travel, you can expect an 17-22 hour flight from your airport to your final destination to Couples Retreat in Phuket, Thailand. Because of this we are providing early check-to so you two can decompress,
Book travel to arrive on December 3rd.
Book travel to depart on December 12th from Phuket, Thailand. We will cover your lodging from the 3rd to the 12th.

Do I have to wear a mask when I travel?

No, Wearing a mask over your nose and mouth is Not required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States.
