🖤 What is the 40-Day Love Challenge?

This is not a 40-day live event. You don’t have to log on daily or meet with us every day. Instead, this is a self-paced, couple-led, at-home relationship experience designed for couples who are ready to be intentional about their love.

💡 How It Works:

Step 1: Set Your Foundation
Before you begin, both of you will take online Pre-Assessments.
Once completed the pre-assessments, you will schedule ONE FREE private coaching session before starting. In this session, we’ll review the results, confirm your love plan & answer any questions about your approach for the challenge.
Step 2: Receive Your Love Toolkit
We'll send love challenge book, scriptures, songs, and conversation starters directly to your door. These tools will guide your daily practice and keep your love work intentional.
Step 3: Commit to 40Days of Love Actions
For the next 40 days, you and your partner will set aside about 20 minutes per day to do the work together. This means:
- Reading the daily challenge
- Reflecting on the scripture, song, and guided prompts
- Engaging in meaningful conversation & action steps
Step 4: Access Online Support Anytime as Needed
The resources & directions are online whenever you need them. You don’t have to check in with us—unless you want extra support (which you can book separately).
Step 5: Celebrate Your Growth & Commitment
Once you complete all 40 days, it’s time to reflect and celebrate!
- Take the post-assessment to track how much your relationship has grown from Day 1 to Day 41.
